What I Believe In
Over thirty years of work have taught me that technology has value only when it solves real problems. These principles guide my way of working and the choices I make every day.
Technology at the Service of Impact
Technology is not an end in itself: it has value only when it produces measurable impact. Every project must address concrete needs and generate results that make a difference.
Sustainability as Responsibility
It's not a trend: it's a responsibility. Every system we build should contribute to reducing environmental impact, respecting people's rights, and leaving the world a little better than we found it.
Privacy by Design
Privacy is not an option: it's a fundamental right. Every project must be born with personal data protection as a foundational principle, not as an afterthought.
Simplicity Over Complexity
The best solutions are those that are immediately understandable. I always prefer a simple system that works over a complex one that impresses.
Fast and Iterative Delivery
Value is created by delivering usable features from the start. Short iterations allow for hypothesis validation, real feedback collection, and rapid adaptation.
Radical Transparency
I prefer to tell it like it is, even when it's uncomfortable. Trust is built on clarity: problems, risks, and limitations must be shared openly.
Data as a Lever for Change
Data only makes sense if it helps make better decisions. Every dashboard, report, or analysis must lead to concrete action, not be an end in itself.
No Ego, Just Results
It's not about proving how good we are, but about making things work. Success is measured by the impact generated, not by the skills displayed.
AI is a Tool, Not the End Goal
Artificial intelligence is a powerful accelerator, but it must be used with judgment. We don't need AI everywhere: we need it where it creates real value.
Always on the User's Side
Who will actually use the system? What do they really need? These questions must guide every design choice. A system that doesn't help its users is a system that doesn't serve a purpose.
These principles are not just theory: they are the filter I use every day to decide which projects to dedicate my time to and how to approach them. If you feel they could work for you too, I'm available for a conversation.
